Shipping Policy
orders below 150 AED a delivery fee of 25 AED will apply. All orders placed in our shop are subject to product availability and will be deliver according to our delivery terms within 2 working days after the order confirmation.
The cut off time for the Shipment duration is 5 PM.
In case of any problems regarding your order, we will notify you using the telephone number or e-mail address you have provided in your order details.
Urgent orders and same day delivery are always subject to availability with extra charge of 35 AED within 6-12 hours after order confirmation is done (online payment only).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at thefluffystation@gmail.com .
We will happily refund or exchange any item that are damaged or that have been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of purchase and with proof of payment (i.e. your original order receipt).
If you find your product has a defect, please take the photographic evidence & email us at thefluffystation@gmail.com
Product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.
All returns or exchanges particularly in clothing, pet bedding or accessories should be done in person within 7 days from the date of purchase. We are open 7 days in a week just a time confirmation is required. The items should be returned to any of our following address: Dubai South, Expo Street, Shams Road Paradise building P143 after appointment confirmation is sent from our side. If you are unable to come to the provider address, we can also offer pick up service within an applicable pick-up fee of 50 AED in Dubai and 75 AED in other emirates.
When we can not accept returns?
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below:

When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used

When item is food or any type of mouth using related thing for the safety and health care (Exception for case to case with an approval)
All refunds can be made in the form of store credit/online credit or bank transfer. Credits will only be applied once the returned/damaged item has successfully validated by the warehouse or shop staff.
Return policy for electronic items:
Our staff will test the items and replace only the item which is found not working as per manual policy for valid warranty. If the whole products is found defective & within the valid warranty, we will replace the whole product or provide you with a store credit voucher with the same amount. If the replacement item/product is not in stock, we will offer you similar looking item/product of the same price.
If you choose the higher priced item then we will charge the difference amount. Damaged or leaking items/products should be reported to thefluffystation@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery/purchase confirmation. We will NOT replace or refund any item/product which is found used or tempered or does not meet our quality standard.
